I searched auto repair shops on Yahoo Local and noticed that some of the listings have a green checkmark under the Merchants name with the words "Merchant verified" also in green, next to the checkmark.
There is no link explaining the significance of the checkmark. Does anyone know what it means?

yahoo doesnt check anything like that..
Merchant verified label you can get easily when u pay for a local listing..they charge some amt every month n give u merchant verified tag..
no a big deal..
